I do most of my shopping at Safeway and our store doubles coupons up to $1
(unless the coupon doesn't double) They also have store coupons nearly every week and most of them have manufacture coupons you can use as well. Sometimes they have awesome mark downs and great in store coupons. I also work there and get an extra 10% off of Safeway brand items, plus they have a fuel discount that adds up for 3 months, you can preload P&G coupons onto your Safeway card that work with other manufactures coupons, and they have random deals that add up too! Such as buy 4 naked juices and get the 5th free or buy 7 deli sandwiches and get the 8th free!
